First Day of School
Father's Blessing

Every time the new school year comes around, each of our children receive a father's blessing. We always did that growing up, and mom would write down what was said. I haven't actually written word for word what Rich says when he gives them to our children because I can't write fast enough. I have now idea how our mom did it, shorthand I guess!
I always write down what I remember, what Rich remembers, and what the child remembers in my journal right after the blessing is finished. I figure that way we catch most of it.
